Do you know how long before a game the star pass goes on sale before the game.

they are on sale now for certain matches. the barça-eibar and barça-tenerife matches in november have them available for 165€ each. if you click on the link to buy tickets, they will take you to a site where you can select star pass. but you need to have regular tickets to the match as well. you cannot buy star passes but not match tickets.

ehh, most liga f teams aren't too particular about away vs. home seating like barça is. yes, technically there are away sections, but a lot of these matches are played in smaller stadiums and pitches and you'll usually find culers sitting wherever. maybe you should be more careful at atletí and real madrid home matches (like wear a coat or jumper over your barça jersey 😅), but even then it's not really that strictly enforced, in my experience.

AITA for striking my (M43) son (M20) when he rejected me as his father?

I understand that the title might have you thinking the worst, but please hear me out.

I didn't have a relationship with my son for basically all his life. This was due to my circumstances at the time: I went through a major personal tragedy and was severely injured, to the point of being on life support. To this day I have a lot of issues with my health.

I recently reconnected with my son. I immediately invited him to meet my boss (M92), in hopes that I could set him up with a job opportunity. I feel that this is significant. As far as I know, my son has been working in menial jobs in agriculture, but then apparently chose to leave that life and - to my shock - join a criminal syndicate.

I felt as if getting a good government job would be a way to turn over a new leaf in his life, especially given his past. However, he immediately became combative. I attempted to give him some guidance in managing his emotions, but he rejected that as well.

I'm sad to say that the argument became physical. Some blows were exchanged, but in the end, I was angry enough to strike him. I immediately felt very bad, and decided to offer him the government job on the spot. He rejected me again, and chose to leave very abruptly. I haven't had any contact with him since.

So, AITA?

Edit: Yes, I admit that to call it striking him was an understatement. To clarify, I cut off his hand.

Edit: However, I feel like it should be stated that I myself am a quadruple amputee and we have excellent healthcare.

Edit: I did not immediately identify myself as his father when we met. I think this was my mistake. I think he would have been much more receptive of my message had I done so. As it stands I only told him of our relationship after I had struck him.

Edit: My wife is not in the picture. To my knowledge she passed before his birth.

Seeing the discussion around Master Sol being the only one from that ill-fated mission to stay on Coruscant is interesting. Indara, Kelnacca, and Torbin all ended up exiling themselves to far-flung worlds to atone for what happened.

Not Sol, though. He stayed. Which is certainly a choice. He, arguably, is the most culpable in the Brendok disaster. His inability to divest his feelings from the mission cost Osha and Mae greatly.

There is a good argument that Sol should not be anywhere near younglings after what happened, let alone still be in the Order.

I disagree. We immediately see his regret and guilt in the aftermath. He’s a changed man after that tragedy and the lessons he learned that night creates the Master Sol we see in present day.

Sol chooses to stay in Coruscant - not in denial of what happened, but in full acceptance of how horribly he messed up.

What’s the lesson he’s teaching to the younglings when we first meet him?

“Do not trust your eyes. Your eyes can deceive you.”

He would know best the importance of such advice. To always question what you see. To think before you act.

While the others seek penance in exile, Master Sol stays and does his best to pass on his knowledge - his failures and mistakes - to others, so they can learn to do better. Like a Jedi Master should.
